The proofing process took way longer than I thought it would. I sent over my notes, got a new proof back, and somehow the same issues were still there?? Then I had to explain everything again, which was frustrating.
Maybe the final product would’ve turned out fine, who knows?? But after all that back and forth, I ended up canceling. It just felt like way more stress than it was worth for me.

I kind of regret buying this. For the price, I expected a lot more, but what you actually get just doesn’t feel worth it.

I got this for my dad’s birthday, and from what I remember, he was happy with it. It looked nice and felt a little more special than the usual gifts I end up buying. I don’t remember much about the shipping besides it taking a bit longer than I hoped, but it got there fine. The only thing that stuck out was the packaging could’ve been nicer. Still, overall, it was a good gift idea

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service, it kind of ruined the whole order for me.
I emailed them with a simple question about my order and it took forever to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it seemed like they hadn’t really read my message and were just sending quick copy-paste answers.

The product might be okay, but the support side was enough to put me off. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve how they deal with customers.

The print quality itself looked nice, but the colors came out way different than I expected. Not sure if it was just my order or if other people have had the same issue, but it was definitely noticeable.

Took way longer than I expected to arrive. Barely got any tracking updates the whole time, and by the time it finally showed up, was frustrated.

The print itself looked good, so at first I was like, okay, nice. But then I noticed the packaging had barely any padding, i kind of saw the bent corners coming as soon as I opened it. Sure enough, a couple corners got dinged up during shipping. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you’re expecting something to arrive in good shape.

I was a bit let down by the metal finish. It looked dull right out of the box and had some scratches on it too. I expected it to look cleaner and more polished, so now I’m kind of questioning the overall quality.

I really wanted to like the photo, but it looked a bit blurry to me. I think it’s only fair to mention it, especially for anyone expecting a crisp, sharp image

The delivery showed up a bit later than I expected, which was kind of disappointing, but the package was packed well and everything arrived safely, so overall it was okay.

Umm, the print looked cool when I first got it, but the metal scratched way too easily. One of the corners even bent after about a week, which was disappointing. I don’t think it was worth it
